Shipping Policy

At Ornament Shop, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard fulfillment time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. However, during peak holiday seasons (November–December), processing times may be longer.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed after normal business hours will be processed (not shipped) the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time for Personalized Items

If your order includes a personalized item, please note that processing takes an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on the level of customization required. This is separate from the shipping time.

What Happens During Processing?

  1. Receiving the Item: The product arrives at our warehouse and is prepared for customization.
  2. Personalization: Depending on the order, we either print or hand-paint the requested customization with care.
  3. Final Packaging: The item is carefully checked for quality, packaged securely, and prepared for shipment.
  4. Shipping Station: The order moves to our shipping station, where we add the invoice and shipping label.
  5. Carrier Pickup: UPS or USPS picks up the package from our warehouse. At this point, the shipping time begins.

Shipping Time

Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to the selected shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), and the standard shipping time applies based on the method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Locations & Delivery Estimates

  • Our headquarters is located at: 215 Monroe Street North, Hudson, WI 54016.
  • Our Kenzies of London orders ship from the St. Augustine, Floridawarehouse.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if fulfilled from different locations.
  • Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending what shipping carrier you choose during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • First-Class & Ground Shipping: The most affordable option but may experience delays, especially during peak seasons.

Pre-Order Policy

When placing a pre-order, please carefully review the estimated shipping date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

Important Pre-Order Details:

  • Payment: Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
  • Shipping Dates: Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Multiple Items in One Order: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Order Updates: We will provide email updates if there are significant changes to the estimated shipping timeline.

International Shipping

  • We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not controlled by us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we have a 2-hour window to make changes or cancellations. After that, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
  • To request changes or cancellations, please email us immediately at help@ornamentshop.com with your order details.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Shipments

Once your order has shipped, the responsibility transfers to our shipping partners. Please refer to your tracking email for updates. We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances

If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please email us at help@ornamentshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping costs). Refunds may take 10–14 business days to process.
  • Personalized & Final Sale Items: Personalized items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
