• Can I preorder now and have it delivered later in the year?

  Not just yet—but we’re working on adding delivery timing options. For now, everything ships as soon as it’s ready so you have plenty of time to wrap, gift, or stash it away for tree-decorating season.

• When will my preorder ship?

  Soon we're taking preorders for our July 2025 launch. Orders placed will begin shipping in early mid to late July, just in time to get a jump on the holiday rush.

• Will I get tracking info?

  Yes, always. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey home.
