  Yes! You’ll be able to see a live preview for most designs right on the site. What you see is what you’ll get—down to the tiny details that make it yours.

• Can I upload my own photo or design?

  Some of our ornaments offer photo options or completely custom designs. Look for the “Photo” or “Custom Art” tags, and if you have a special request, drop us a note—we love creative ideas!

• How do I personalize an ornament?

  It’s super simple. Just choose your favorite design, enter the names, dates, or messages you want, and we’ll handle the rest. Every ornament is lovingly created just for you.

• Is there a limit to how many characters I can use?

  Each ornament design has its own space limits (some names fit better than others), but we’ll always let you know upfront what fits. If you’re unsure, reach out—we’re happy to help you make it perfect.

• What if I made a mistake in my order?

  Oh no! We get it—names blur together in busy brains. If you catch an error, contact us ASAP. If we haven’t started production, we’ll fix it. If it’s already made, we’ll work with you to find a solution that still makes you smile.
